Where the money goes...
Centrepoint is the UK’s leading charity for homeless young people helping more than 10,000 homeless 16-25 year olds into a home and a job every year as well as providing physical and mental support along the way. Centrepoint works directly in London, Manchester, Yorkshire and the North East of England, and partners with other organisations across the UK who shares its aims. In 2017 it established the Centrepoint Helpline to offer advice to young people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. Operating Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm, the Helpline supported more than 3,000 young people last year who did not know where to turn. Research estimates that 86,000 young people in the UK last year asked for help because they were homeless, or at risk of homelessness. You can read more about Centrepoint at www.centrepoint.org.uk.
