How can your company join Pennies from Heaven?

By:
  1. Obtain a license agreement and agree terms based on our standard conditions.

  2. Agree annual license fee. This is based on your headcount and is typically a flat fee and a small % charge on sums donated. Alternatively we are happy to discuss an ‘all inclusive’ annual fee as well as to consider suggestions.

  3. Choose the charities you want to benefit.

  4. Discuss payroll software implications. PFH happy to advise.

  5. Create artwork for poster/consent form. PFH provides this service.

  6. Launch scheme to employees not forgetting newcomers and pensioners

  7. Flag participating employees on your payroll system.

  8. Collect the pennies centrally and transfer to Pennies from Heaven Distribution at the end of each month. They will then collate/transfer 100% to your chosen charities within 39 days and provide you with quarterly audit trails. 80% of donations are received by the charity within 30 days.

  9. Once a year we ask you for a report from your payroll system with the names of participants and sums donated which we will match with our records of funds distributed to your charities. We will process this and send to your charities enabling them to reclaim Gift Aid from the Inland Revenue (additional 25%)

  10. Use www.penniesfromheaven.co.uk to display your logo on ‘members’ page with a link, do the same on the ‘charities’ page for your charities and use the press page to display articles.
