‘Pennies from Heaven’ in the NHS
The Pennies from Heaven scheme was introduced to the NHS in September 2006. As Trusts move onto the new Electronic Staff Record (ESR) they will be introduced to the Pennies from Heaven scheme. All NHS Organisations will have been approached by August 2008. The following Trusts have launched the scheme to employees but many more are in the final stages of implementation.
