This company is responsible for collecting the donated funds from an employer who is participating in the Pennies from Heaven Scheme and paying these to the selected charities. The company is not for profit & limited by guarantee, based in London and supervised by three non-executive directors.

Independence
Importantly, to ensure the proper governance of the scheme, Pennies from Heaven Distribution Limited is separate from Pennies from Heaven Fundraising Limited;-
there is no cross ownership between the two companies
the board of directors of each is completely independent of the other with no cross directorships
a legally binding agreement defines the respective duties of each company under the Pennies from Heaven Scheme

Directors
The Chairman of the Board of Directors of Pennies from Heaven Distribution Limited is Rosemary Kennell.

Rosemary is an actuary and a director of an independent pension trustee company. She has wide experience of pension and trust issues, having worked in the pensions industry for over 30 years and she has been a trustee of several charities for some years.

The other directors are Jane Fryer and Nigel Webb. Jane is a solicitor and has pensions experience, both as a pensions manager and as director of an independent pension trustee company. She has acted as chairman and speaker on NAPF Trustee Training Courses and as a tutor to the Trustee Development programme. Nigel has worked in the insurance industry for 25 years together with experience in charities where he established a charity to complete a national network of dedicated helicopter air ambulances across the UK.
